  • BesCutter BC Duct Manufacture Auto-Line V (U shape auto duct line) is an integrated full-automatic coil-fed rectangular ventilation duct production line. The whole production flow covers decoiling, feeding, leveling & grooving, hydraulic square notch punching, TDF/Pittsburgh lock forming, hydraulic shearing and seam closing, one continuous line to finish complete U/L/□ duct fabrication without multiple separate machines.

  • Equipped with double-station pneumatic uncoiler, it holds max 7-ton coils, supporting two width ranges 1000–1250mm and 1220–1530mm. Processing thickness covers 0.5–1.2mm galvanized sheet and 0.5–1.0mm stainless steel, working speed up to 15m/min with high precision: length error ±0.5mm/m, diagonal error ±0.8mm/m. Adopts industrial PLC touchscreen control system, all forming rollers and hydraulic components are durable standard parts. Only 1–2 operators are required for full running, daily output reaches 800–1400 square meters of duct within 8 hours, depending on duct size. The whole line occupies 29m×4.5m workshop space with total power around 28KW, ideal for medium & large HVAC duct factories for mass standardized duct manufacturing.
